Finance Administrator

9 hours per week (days/times negotiable)

Job Summary: Supporting Communityworks in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems across the organisation.

Main Duties • To maintain a computerised accounts system. • Provide specific management information on a recurrent and ad hoc basis. • Daily bookkeeping and credit control. • To support financial administrative systems for the organisation.

Qualifications: AAT or equivalent and appropriate accounting experience Essential Experience: At least two years’ recent experience in a financial accounting role. Desirable Excellent IT skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel and Word and Sage Accounting. Essential Working in the voluntary or community sector. Early Years Practitioner Level 3

37.5 hours per week Term Time Only 8.30pm – 4.30pm; Mon – Fri.

Temporary until mid - July 2017

SCP 14 - 18: £16, 781 - £18,070 (Pro rata)

Actual Pay Term Time Only – £13,876 - £14,942 Hourly Rates - £8.61 - £9.27

Job Summary: Under the guidance of the management team take a leading role to provide high quality nursery provision for children from 2 to 5 years old, in accordance with the agreed Operational plan and Communityworks policies and procedures.

Have you got 2 years post Level 3 experience of working in a high quality nursery setting? Have you got the skills and experience to enable Communityworks nursery to give local children the very best start in life? Are you a passionate educator and practitioner? Have you secured GCSE English grade C or above?
