Family Action deliver this advice service providing help in many areas including:
- completing forms
- information on family benefits
- tax credits, disability allowance advice
- appeals guidance
- financial management advice
Our advice worker can speak English and Punjabi.
Family Action also run this service in other communities. People should access the centre nearest to their home. Our sessions are extremely busy and unfortunately we can only see a certain number of people per session. This means we will have to turn people away who live closer to another service.
